Basic Terms and Conditions
- Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email or phone call from us with a confirmation of receipt of payment.
- If you are booking a package, availability is determined not only by our diving operations but also by the hotels and resorts we use.
- We check for new online bookings daily so you can expect a quick response from us. Sometimes Internet access is interrupted or hotels and resorts are slow to respond and it may take us a little longer to get back to you.
- Based on the information you submit, we will provide a cost and confirmation with a hold on the dates pending payment by a specified date. Only on confirmation from us that we have received your full payment, will your booking be finally confirmed.
- Once your Booking Request is confirmed by us, the following Terms will apply:
- To guarantee your reservation, pre-payment 15 days prior to check-in is required for the cost of the full confirmed booking. Details will be sent with your confirmation.
- Any cancellation of your booking must be received at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, otherwise we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of your deposit.
- Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the 7 day prior notice or you do not show .
